Our famous low fat bread is the perfect option for any bread lover looking for a vegan and gluten-free option.
We have three options, a plain loaf, a sesame topped loaf, and a pumpkin seed & sunflower seed topped loaf.
The bread can be frozen for extend it’s shelf life, and will need to thaw before it regains it’s soft texture.
The bread is vinegar free, psyllium husk free, yeast free, and oil free.

Water, Millet flour, Sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato flour, flaxseed, apples, lemon juice, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, sea salt. Fermented with probiotic.
